About The Role As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the face of our company, working closely with residents and building users to provide clear, honest communication during major works. This is not a role for the faint-hearted, you will need to think on your feet, act fast, and remain calm under pressure. But in return, you will join a dedicated team who will offer training, encouragement, and support to truly make this role your own. Pre-Installation What You Will Be Doing: Communicate the installation process clearly, answering questions and addressing concerns. Coordinate and host Kick-Start Meetings with residents. Record and manage resident data, including communication preferences and specific needs. During Installation Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, building users, and contractors. Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are adhered to. Address resident issues quickly and effectively to maximize their comfort. Keep residents informed through regular updates, meetings, and visual communication. Post-Installation Gather and report feedback from residents. Collate post-installation data and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement. What You Will Bring Can build strong relationships with people from all walks of life. Thrives under pressure and remains calm in stressful situations. Is approachable, friendly, and an excellent communicator. Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar. Process-driven, IT-literate, and highly organised. Has a clean DBS and is willing to work evenings or weekends when required.
