Role Summary
To support business performance and create business advantage, we are recruiting an ambitious innovative Account Executive to join our dedicated and inspirational Sales Team.

The role requires a focus on both customer retention and business development to drive sales growth. Serving as the key point of contact between customers and support teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful commercial outcomes.
Adopting a consultative approach, your primary goal is to ensure the retention and growth of current accounts. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop nutraceutical product ranges, manage customer accounts, and maintain accurate records that allow us to proactively balance customer expectations and business requirements. This will comprise of handling inbound & outbound calls, recording data utilising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce), facilitating customer visits, and obtain and evaluate all relevant information for complaint resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and stakeholders.
* Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries providing timely responses and resolutions; processing and managing orders.
* Maintain accurate up-to-date records of customer information, sales interactions, and sales activities in the ERP system, including product details, quantities, and delivery information.
* Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities.
* Collaborate and report to Sales Manager and interact flexibly with other departments.
* Meet or exceed our annual sales targets.
* Adhere to Company process, ensuring relevant documentation is accurate and well maintained.
The ideal candidate must have an enthusiasm to exceed expectation & have an ability to build long lasting professional relationships. Career development training will be provided from the outset & regularly reviewed to support personal & business performance objectives. Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and/or retail industries is highly desirable.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications
* A degree is not necessary for this role, however, evidence of related field qualifications and/or proven track record as an Account Manager or Account Executive is essential.
* Experience within FMCG and/or Retail desirable.
* A professional approachable personality that translates well across all communication methods.
* Competency in Microsoft applications & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (Salesforce).
* Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
* Project management and organisational skills.
* Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to think strategically using initiative and confidence.
* Ability to analyse sales performance metrics and write reports.
* A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Continuous improvement mindset which will be evidenced in the improvement of customer centric measures.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team or individually unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines.
