HR Business Partner
Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
39 hours per week

This role will report into the Head of HR Business Partnering and will work closely with Line Managers within Manufacturing Operations at both an operational and more strategic level. You will be a strong Generalist with strong Business Partnering experience.
Previous experience in OD/Change would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
· Provide consultancy and advice on all HR related matters, ensuring adherence to all legal and best practice obligations including disciplinary, employment law, industrial relations, performance management, learning and development, appraisals, succession planning and absence management
· Working closely with the function leads, develop practical HR solutions with an eye on cost and consistency
· Deliver on the HR initiatives as they are developed, bringing in your business knowledge on how to best make these new initiatives work for the business area
· Provide coaching and support in the management of all ER matters, carry out full case management across the business from investigations to hearings
· Demonstrate sound knowledge in technical HR areas and assist to develop and deliver innovative solutions
· Support and maintain implementation of current and new HR policies and procedures.
· Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle
Key requirements of the HR Business Partner:
Previous experience at HR Business Partner level with a good understanding of manufacturing and best practice HR methods is essential for this role.
Previous experience in OD/change/transformation is essential for this role.
· Ideally you will have a formal degree qualifications or equivalent experience and be CIPD qualified.
· Knowledge of procedures as well as ability to work from operational HR to involvement in more strategic pieces of work.
· You will be resilient, positive, and able to work flexibly to take on this busy and varied role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to good relationship building skills are a must.
· Strong strategic thinking and organisational skills are a must.
· Previous experience of supporting HR project delivery and implementation preferred.
· Knowledge of best practice HR systems and procedures as well as sound HR administration awareness will be highly valued.
