Job Description This unique and exciting role is to be part of a fast-growing category within the wider Frasers Group. There will be a focus on the 18montrose fascia as we look to re-launch the brand both digitally and through physical retail spaces with a store on Regent Street, as well as FLANNELS as it pivots further into the Active category. This opportunity would suit an entrepreneurial marketeer looking to develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced, agile culture. Working with the Group Head of Marketing and Head of Lifestyle Brand Partnerships (alongside key commercial stakeholders), this opportunity is for a fearless leader to drive the Lifestyle and Active categories. You will have the scope to shape marketing campaigns with brand partners, devise strategies as to how brands show up across 18montrose & FLANNELS using your marketing and industry expertise and with that in mind, create and implement solid offline & online marketing plans that speak to our ever-evolving consumers. This will be coupled with solid brand building activities will be deployed to drive long term brand health. As part of the Marketing team, you will be the brand guardian for 18montrose as well as FLANNELS Active, and your work will inspire the wider marketing and commercial teams. Key responsibilities include to: Be the marketing expert for the Lifestyle and Active brands and categories within the wider marketing team. Understand ranges, brand history, future strategies and upcoming collections to ensure clear integration to 18montrose and FLANNELS campaigns and on-point execution across channels. Develop and maintain strong marketing relationships with partner brands marketing teams. Lead the seasonal marketing calendar ensuring all channel teams have assets, information, and guidelines to deliver effective campaigns across their respective channels. Identify and tap into key cultural moments that shape the industry and position the brands at the forefront of culture and relevance. Deliver the marketing strategy and objectives for the Lifestyle & Active divisions to drive category, brand and commercial growth, aligned to Commercial objectives. Be the link between brands, communities and subcultures. Have a good understanding of upcoming and established figures in the creative spaces, including artists, musicians and collaborators. Establish relationships with key industry figures to create organic collaborations. Lead on campaign briefs to ensure business and brand objectives are translated into compelling creative campaigns. You will attend shoots (where applicable) to ensure appropriate content is captured and fit for purpose. Partner and work cross-functionally with key channels such as Commercial, Content & Campaign Creation, Social, Retail, PR/Talent and E-Commerce to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of marketing campaigns and messaging. Ensure brand "buy-in" and associated investment is brought into each campaign to maximise brand extension moments within campaigns by proactively pitching to brand partners and identifying commercial opportunities. You will prepare all necessary presentations for brand pitches. Using data and analytics to review and report and assess performance of all campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are delivered and reported on in a timely manner, on budget and that all key learnings are shared with key stakeholders in the business. Partnering with commercial teams to act as the conduit between Marketing and Commercial. You will attend the key appointments with strategic brand partners to ensure relationships and knowledge are maintained and disseminated throughout the business. You will also be able to dissect the cultural, fashion and competitor landscape to identify opportunities and trends in the market for Frasers Group to maximise upon. Qualifications Extensive marketing experience gained within the fashion lifestyle and/or retail sector (4 years). A degree is preferable but not essential. We are looking for solid experience in the industry and experience creating and implementing strategic plans with creative flair. To be culturally aware and know of what's going on within the macro environment. With that you will have an unrivalled love of the Lifestyle & Active categories, Streetwear and new brands making waves. To hold strong relationships with brands across the industry. Excellent digital & online marketing knowledge. To be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and to always bring the team with you. Strong communication and people skills. Experience managing teams and budgets. Flexibility and enthusiasm, with the ability to work under pressure and sometimes to tight timelines, always maintaining a professional attitude. Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, showing remarkable attention to detail whilst also being results-driven. Excellent English written and verbal skills.
