Email and CRM Specialist Annual Salary: £35k-£40k Location: Guildford Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Work Format: Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) Join our dynamic team as an Email and CRM Specialist. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in email marketing or CRM, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing eCommerce business. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising our email marketing and CRM activities across the UK and Germany, driving engagement and conversions through data-driven strategies. Day-to-day of the role: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to ensure high deliverability, engagement, and ROI. Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate segmentation, personalisation, and automation. Analyse and report on email and CRM performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation. Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty through targeted email and CRM initiatives. Create and maintain automated workflows and nurture campaigns. Collaborate with marketing team colleagues on SEO and affiliate projects where needed. Coordinate with the Brand Director to ensure email copy aligns with the brand tone and messaging. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM roles, preferably within an eCommerce setting. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp. Highly detail-oriented, with strong organisational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively in a small team. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
