Consistently works in line with regulatory bodies – for example but not exclusive to GDPR, CQC, HSE, Local Authority expectations etc. • Line management and team motivation – ensure shifts are covered and worked; rota coordination; payroll; timesheets (subject to team needs). • Act as the first point of call for new residents – settling in and reviews - and the on-going ‘go-to’ for a variety of resident care package related queries including complex care. • Build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across and externally to St Monica Trust. • Support care team with care, domestic and laundry duties (complex care, meds, personal care, mobility etc.). Fulfil rostered on-call duties. • Deputise for Deputy Dom Care Manager when required.
