The role
To drive ILG's strategy of rapid growth in the UK and globally, we have put in place an ambitious marketing plan and are expanding our marketing team by recruiting a Marketing Campaigns Manager. The new role will be a key member of the ILG marketing department and report to the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Campaigns Manager will support the marketing team with ILG's marketing activities, with a primary focus: to plan, coordinate and manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to our target audiences in the UK, EU and USA.
The key responsibilities of the role are:
1. Support the Marketing Team to implement the marketing strategy in line with ILG's vision and strategy and ensure that campaigns conform to ILG brand guidelines and reflect our company values.
2. Create integrated marketing campaigns based on target market segments to build brand awareness and gain new customers as well as owning the planning and scheduling of campaign activity.
3. Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, using HubSpot.
4. Work with our digital marketing agency to ensure relevant paid campaigns are delivering ROI and synchronising with other marketing activities.
5. Oversee the adaptation of campaign-related content that is solution-focused for specific audiences e.g. industry sectors, job titles, regions.
6. Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance and results via HubSpot.
7. Manage campaign budgets.
8. Co-ordinate with ILG Sales team to ensure seamless co-operation between sales and marketing across new business targeting and pipeline.
Please be aware that this role is a 15 month fixed term contract.
What we are looking for
1. At least 5 years' relevant work experience in marketing (agency or client side).
2. Experience of running multichannel lead generation campaigns.
3. Experience of using HubSpot for marketing and sales.
4. An understanding of B2B marketing and of the 'Account Based Marketing' approach.
5. Highly organised project manager (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously) with excellent time management skills.
6. Strong attention to detail.
7. Good at financial management and implementing tight budgetary control.
8. Able to write well and demonstrate strong literacy skills.
9. A confident communicator and team player, able to quickly develop working relationships with a wide range of people.
10. Good understanding of the lead generation and sales process.
11. Experience of liaising with external providers e.g. creative and digital marketing agencies, copy writers, printers.
