Job Summary. We are seeking a Sales Coordinator (Cantonese Speaking / Part time / Freelance) to join our team in providing administrative support, sales and marketing activities and ensuring the smooth business operation.
Company Background. We are a solutions services provider in design, supply and installation of renewable energy, especially building integrated solar panel systems. Our focus has always been on meeting the long-term need for renewable energy solutions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities.
1. Assist the business operation and preparation of company websites and the promotion tools.
2. Manage office correspondence including emails and phone calls.
3. Handle the sales enquiry and work together with Manager.
4. Provide face-to-face, telephone and video interpreting services to Manager.
5. Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
6. Maintain customer databases and update sales records.
7. Work from home and flexible working hours.
Qualifications.
1. Degree holder in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering / English Language / Translation or other equivalent.
2. Proven experience as Sales Coordinator / Secretary / Administrative Assistant / Interpreter or in a similar role.
3. Fresh Graduates or University students are also welcomed.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
7. Cantonese speaking is a must.
Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance / Work from Home.
Pay: £11-14 per hour.
Expected Working hour: 40 hours per month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Work Location: In Person.
Experience: Not required.
Employment: Part-time.
Salary: £11 – £14 hourly.
