We have an exciting opportunity to join the paediatric team on Sarum Ward as a Band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, experienced, and a motivated paediatric nurse who is passionate about the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people (CYP).

You will coordinate the smooth running of the ward, ensuring the delivery of high standards of clinical care in adherence with local and national policies and guidelines.
You will be expected to work as part of the multidisciplinary team, assessing, planning, giving, and supervising safe and compassionate care, and evaluating its effectiveness.
Please see attached Job description and person specification for full details of roles and responsibilities.
