SUPERVANE is inviting applications for the position of a B2B Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for covering a 9-month maternity leave at our Head office in Hatfield. We are searching for a qualified candidate who is fluent in both English and German or Spanish languages. This is your chance to be part of a growing global online platform that offers custom machine parts to customers.
This position has the potential to progress into a full-time role in our sales department, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing particular territories while additionally expanding our business portfolio.
As a B2B Customer Service Representative you will have the following key skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent computer skills
* Great attention to detail
* Strong skills in written and spoken English and German or Spanish language
* Ability to work alone without supervision, therefore problem-solving skills a must
As a B2B Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
* Answering questions via email, website chat and telephone
* Preparing standard quotes and invoices via online software
* Liaising with the warehouse and customer on the status of orders
* Making proactive calls to existing customers to maintain relationships
* Maintaining and updating the CRM and order management system
* Dealing with customer service issues
* Be able to offer a level of technical advice about products
