As a Social Worker specialising in Safeguarding, Care Planning, and Children with Disabilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people. Earn up to £45,416, including a 15% market supplement. Actively monitor and assess risks to children's safety and wellbeing, taking necessary action to safeguard them from harm, including implementing child protection plans when needed. Regularly monitor and review progress against transition plans, adjusting support as needed to ensure young people are on track to achieve their goals.
