Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people. We are looking for a Head of Digital Transformation to lead and drive continuous improvements across Quickline’s systems and processes.

1. You will own and drive the digital transformation roadmap, working closely with leadership and key stakeholders to enhance efficiency and innovation across the business.
2. Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements, using data-driven insights to optimise performance.
3. Develop and implement process management frameworks to measure and enhance the effectiveness of digital solutions.
4. Collaborate with Technology teams to propose and implement process automation and technology solutions that drive business efficiency.
5. Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and strategic improvements to the organisation.
Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…
1. Proven experience in leading digital transformation, continuous improvement, or process optimisation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience working with Salesforce and Certinia, particularly in developing reporting and dashboard capabilities.
3. Strong understanding and application of Agile process improvement methodologies.
4. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on digital initiatives.
5. Experience in driving process automation and leveraging technology solutions to optimise business operations.
