Deputy Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus Tronc
Supporting the General Manager within the Hotel, Restaurant and Events function, you will be passionate about everything relating to the Great British pub experience, creating exceptional quality dishes in a relaxing environment, surrounded by over 100 years of history.
The role requires someone who is personable, energetic, and capable of managing and motivating the bar and front of house team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve impeccable standards in all aspects of the operation.

Your role:
* Delivering excellent customer service, exceeding expectations and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction results.
* Assist the General Manager in effectively running the pub and achieving all operational standards and commercial targets.
* Be 'hands on', managing and supporting the team.
* Maintain all company health and safety policies.
* Manage and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness around all areas of the pub.
* Engage with the local community to develop trade, improve the reputation of the pub, and ensure the pub is an essential pillar in the community.
* Adhere to clear company cash handling, storage, and banking procedures.
* Effectively deal with customer event and function enquiries.
