We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and highly motivated IT Manager. The successful candidate will deliver strategic IT development projects which promote ongoing business growth, whilst ensuring effective and efficient operation of the group IT environment.
Responsibilities:
* Proactive development of IT based processes
* Development of group business continuity planning and testing
* Account management of third-party IT support providers
* On-site liaison with third party IT support for day-to-day issues
* Supervising daily operations of network and server infrastructure
* Aligning IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals
* Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost
* Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
* Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware
* Assuring that IT complies with current laws, codes and regulations
* Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting information systems to operate effectively
* Creating and implementing IT policies and procedures
* Communicate with management team on IT related issues
* Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
* Manage IT Licensing requirements
* Direct, coach and support IT technicians in daily tasks or escalated troubleshooting
* User provisioning and hardware replacement / maintenance
Skills & Experience Required:
* Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
* Experience of MS SQL databases
* Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
* Strong overall understanding of both on-premise virtualised, physical and networking infrastructure.

* Strong knowledge and understanding of Office 365 suite
* Effective communication to stakeholders
* SharePoint administration
