Manchester University Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their Neuro Rehabilitation team. Main duties of the job
1. Work as an independent practitioner in the assessment and management of complex patients, using clinical reasoning and a variety of evidence-based, expert skills.
2. Ensure regular review of the caseload within a patient-centred goal setting model and make decisions regarding own capacity against patient complexity, prioritising as appropriate.
3. Support the implementation of evidence-based interventions, pathway development, and progress of teams to ensure a high-quality, effective, and efficient therapy service is provided to clients receiving physiotherapy interventions across the MLCO.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Degree in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
Experience
* Relevant specialist clinical experience in neurology or stroke care. Experience in community settings is desirable.
