Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Sales Advisor to join our direct sales team in Liverpool. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers and helping them find the best solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Sales: Actively engage with customers face-to-face to sell our products and services in various settings (e.g., retail locations, events, door-to-door, or pop-up stands).
2. Customer Interaction: Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized solutions.
3. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth for the company.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information to effectively promote and sell our products.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering customer loyalty.
6. Reporting: Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring data is kept up-to-date and reports are submitted as required.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, help colleagues, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in direct sales, retail, or customer service is highly desirable, but not essential.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
3. A proactive and target-driven attitude with a focus on achieving goals.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
5. Motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Full UK driving license is desirable (if role requires traveling).
