Service Desk Team Lead
Bristol- Hybrid
£30,000-£36,000, Private Healthcare, 10% Bonus
My client are a leading legal firm, who are excited to be bringing on an IT Service Desk Team Lead to join the team, due to an internal promotion. Your role will be a mixture of providing hands-on technical support at a 1st and 2nd-line level, as well as line-managing a small team of 1st-line support professionals.
This IT Service Desk Team Lead position will involve the following day-to-day:
* Dealing with 1st- and 2nd-line queries in a professional and competent manner
* Providing technical management and people management for a small team of 1st-line level support analysts
* Contributing to the wider development of the service desk team, dealing with escalated queries, and working with other members of the infrastructure, applications and network team to resolve more complex issues
