Due to organisational growth and further expansion, there is a need for an experienced administrator. Your new role Liaise and communicate with all key stakeholders (internal and external). Collaborate within the team to achieve project targets. Collate and maintain service records. Organise hire equipment with suppliers and manage purchase orders. Track equipment, including hire equipment, and collate project certificates. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain safe housekeeping practices. Assist with stock checks. Performing ad hoc duties such as paperwork collation, file management, and covering leave periods What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role: Valid Driving Licence Proficiency in Microsoft IT packages. Flexibility and adaptability. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow policies and maintain records. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Adherence to health and safety practices and willingness to travel.
