The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency: demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers and driving results.
Responsibilities:
1. Uphold Coach’s Service and Selling Models.
2. Create a positive first impression and build ongoing customer relationships through a personalized experience.
3. Understand organizational objectives and make decisions that align with Company priorities.
4. Create personal sales and clienteling strategies in partnership with the management team.
5. Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Coach’s Selling and Service expectations at all times.
6. Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, current offerings, and overall product value.
7. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive relationships with customers.
8. Ensure all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service or Coach standards.
9. Maintain a clean and tidy selling floor and adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and the ability to utilize walkie-talkie and understand pricing sheets.
Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively with customers and team. Ability to maneuver the sales floor, and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
