Pobl Recruitment are excited to be searching for a Business Development Executive with Annual salary of £27,500 - £29,500 to join a growing company in the heart of Bristol!
Responsibilities
* Generate new business leads: Connect with decision-makers in schools, trusts, local authorities, and early years settings to identify training needs.
* Develop and manage employer relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to secure repeat business and cross-sell training programs.
* Identify apprenticeship opportunities: Source apprenticeship recruitment opportunities within nurseries and early years settings.
* Build and maintain a local authority database: Develop a network of contacts to promote services and secure funding across all programs.
* Conduct market analysis: Analyze your sales territory to identify new opportunities, competitors, and trends.
* Manage sales pipeline and reporting: Track sales activity, forecast monthly starts, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Collaborate internally: Work with other departments to ensure efficient sales administration and promote Best Practice Network.
* Drive continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and contribute to team and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Excellent communicator: Builds rapport easily with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
* Sales-driven: Proven track record of exceeding KPI's and a strong desire for a successful sales career.
* Results-oriented: Creates engaging proposals and effectively manages a sales pipeline.
* Adaptable: Comfortable with flexible working arrangements, including 2 days per week at our Bristol HQ.
* Apprenticeship knowledge is a plus: Familiarity with apprenticeship programs is beneficial but not required.
