Data Management & Reporting
1. Maintain thorough records in CRM systems, including real-time updates and tracking of lead status.
2. Monitor pipeline activity and produce data-driven reports to inform decision-making and highlight both challenges and opportunities.
3. Own your individual targets while fostering a cooperative environment, supporting colleagues in meeting shared objectives.
4. Offer mentorship where possible and contribute to a culture of learning and ongoing improvement.
Previous Experience
We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds who have demonstrated:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for quickly building rapport.
