What you'll be doing Prepare and serve food and beverages Coffee making Managing a team front of house Placing orders and stock taking Marketing Assisting the manager with any suitable tasks Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned Track wastage daily Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required Clean front and back of house areas Stocking up and stock rotation Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements Undertake relevant training as required Experience Previous barista experience essential Supervisor or team leader experience preferred. Good customer service skills Problem solver and thinks on their feet Excellent customer service skills and a great team player
