This role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for all visitors and internal colleagues alike. You will be the key interface between clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery across the site.\n\nThe building hosts approximately 100 employees and is a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
You will work closely with our clients Facilities Manager, supporting day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWelcome and assist all visitors and staff entering the building\nManage the reception area to ensure a professional and warm first impression\nAct as the primary point of contact for all front-of-house and general site-related queries\nDirect and escalate visitor and staff requests to the appropriate personnel or departments\nSupport the Facilities Manager with coordination and setup of meetings, including recording meeting notes\nAssist in general facilities coordination, such as handling post, booking meeting rooms, and reporting maintenance issues\nMaintain visitor logs and adhere to site security procedures\nHelp ensure the building remains compliant with health and safety standardsEssential Skills & Attributes\n\nWarm, welcoming, and approachable demeanour\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to multitask and prioritise requests effectively\nConfidence in directing queries to appropriate contacts and following up when needed\nProactive, with a strong sense of ownership and reliability\nCompetent in basic office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)\nDiscretion and professionalism in all interactions\nWillingness to be flexible in working hours to support work-life balance needs \n\nResourcing Group is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
