We’re recruiting for a Reconciliations Specialistto join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary. You will analyse multiple reconciliations to investigate and correct anomalies, ensuring the customer has received the correct payments and all regulatory reporting has been submitted, escalating to subject matter experts when needed.
What you'll be doing:
1. Analysing data, investigating anomalies, and correcting customer records.
2. Supporting to ensure that all appropriate legislative, regulatory and internal process and procedure knowledge is developed and maintained within the team by identifying, reporting and resolving any breaches and ensuring that the correct checks are undertaken during our processes
3. Using your reconciliation knowledge and analytical skills to complete the end to end processes
4. Providing advice and guidance and technical input to teams outside Customer Payroll
5. Accurately recording workflow, maintaining various spreadsheets to track case progress and allow for MI production, updating customer records with actions completed
6. Supporting in user testing and monitoring the implementation of changes involving reconciliation systems or processes, to help safeguard the continuation of accurate and timely payments and reporting
7. Identifying areas of improvement and working within our processes and Agile framework to take action to continually enhance the customer journey

8. A knowledge of pension products
9. Strong Payroll processes & software
10. Awareness of Payroll regulatory/risk
11. Basics of processing payroll and reconciliations
12. Experience in a similar environment working on large volume pension payments/payrolls reconciliations on a business to business and business to consumer basis
13. Analysis and interpretation of financial and technical payroll data for reconciliation and query resolution
14. Knowledge of SRT desirable
