Duties And Responsibilities Define and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the broader business goals and digital transformation initiatives of Frazer-Nash Consultancy. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring that business needs are met. Lead agile development teams as the Product Owner, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure timely delivery. Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that user feedback, challenges and our values are at the heart of product decisions. Review product performance using data-driven insights and metrics, making necessary adjustments to optimise product functionality and improve user experience. Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for cutting edge innovation. Identify potential risks and work to mitigate them during product development and post-launch phases. Drive the integration of innovative digital technologies, tools, and solutions within Frazer-Nash's product portfolio, contributing to our ongoing digital transformation efforts. Experience Required Proven experience as a Digital Product Owner or in a similar role within an agile software development environment. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of Scrum or other Agile methodologies, with experience leading development teams in an Agile environment. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure product performance and drive product optimisation. Strong appreciation for customer experience, with the ability to collaborate closely with UX/UI teams. Understanding of digital technologies, software development lifecycles, and product development tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems. Ability to take ownership of product success, lead cross-functional teams, and drive product initiatives with minimal supervision.
