What you will do Lead and manage audit engagements for high net worth companies and clients, including planning, execution, and reporting phases. Review and analyse financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls to assess risk and ensure compliance with auditing standards. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing client concerns and inquiries effectively Provide technical guidance and support to audit teams, including coaching and mentoring staff members to enhance their skills and performance. Coordinate with other departments within the firm to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client value. Stay abreast of changes in auditing standards, regulations, and industry trends, and incorporate best practices into audit methodologies. Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking events. Contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing initiatives and participate in training programs to support continuous learning and development. About you: You will be a Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification. You will have significant experience in external audit, preferably within a reputable accountancy practice. You will have strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements. You will hold a proven track record of successfully leading and managing audit engagements for high net worth clients. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
