SEMH Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated SEMH School in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire.
The school is a specialist setting for boys aged 10-16 with complex needs including Social, Emotional & Mental Health, Autism, and ADHD.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the educational and personal development of students with SEMH needs
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Provide emotional support and guidance to students as needed
* Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress
Requirements:
* Degree in Education or related field
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient and understanding demeanor
Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum
Location: Chandlers Ford, Hampshire
