Job Spec: Customer sales account credit control, chasing unpaid invoices, customer receipt allocation, handling customer credits, handling invoice / payment queries from customers. Input of supplier invoices, handling supplier credit notes, supplier payment allocations. Importing of nominal transactions into sage from staff expenses management software, general nominal ledger maintenance, routine journals. Cash Book Activities: routine use of Sage bank feeds to create customer receipts, supplier payments, nominal payments etc directly from the bank transactions. Processing inter-account transfers, VAT payments, direct debit payments etc through Sage 200. Monthly routine accounts activities such as sales ledger accounts postings and allocations. Bank reconciliations Preparation of VAT returns and initial review. Person Spec: Experience working within a similar role Good IT skills Available to start at short notice
