This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a well respected management consulting business with lots of progression opportunity. You will be providing support to the Information Technology team who cover a wide range of projects across the business at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Managing procuring licenses, IT equipment and other necessary items Collaboration with the finance team and the finance system, Workday, to manage purchases against the IT budget and issue POs Track shipments and liaise with the third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and use initiative in finding alternative solutions in the event of delays Managing scheduling within the IT team and carrying out other administrative tasks Assist in tracking and coordinating activities between the BA, Facilities and IT teams I am looking to speak with candidates with exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail.
