Role: Secretary
Pay: £15.93per hour
Location: Cardiff CF14
Hours of work: 35 hours a week Monday to Friday
Assignment length: 2 months
Pertemps is currently collaborating with a union that represents nursing staff and students both in the UK and internationally, and they are seeking a temporary Secretary for a 2-month period.
The ideal candidate will offer secretarial support to Senior Officers, assisting in the coordination and administration of services for members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
* Manage diaries and prioritise meetings/appointments.
* Handle and respond to incoming correspondence.
* Organise travel arrangements.
* Maintain and update documents and files (CMS and CRM).
* Attend meetings and produce minutes.
* Support our clients' representatives and handle member enquiries.
* Arrange and prioritise meetings and calls.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
