The successful candidate will have senior leadership experience and will:

About the Trust
We are a five-school Multi Academy Trust in the West Midlands, educating over 2,000 pupils. All of our schools are based in North Solihull and are in the primary phase.
Our Trust was formed in March 2023 with a culture and ethos that fosters the development of the whole child, champions the needs of all pupils, is community-focused, and values investment in staff development and well-being. Our aim is that all members of our community flourish and grow together.
Kingshurst Primary School
Kingshurst Primary School is a large, inclusive primary school in North Solihull, serving children aged 3 to 11. The School joined the Trust in September as a sponsored academy, it provides a safe, stimulating learning environment where resilience, aspiration, and respect are at the heart of everything the school does.
The school’s dedicated staff have high expectations for behaviour and learning, with a commitment to ensure every child thrives academically, socially, and emotionally. It serves a community with high levels of disadvantage and works closely with families to support children's success.
Currently transitioning to a two-form entry by 2028, the school offers excellent facilities, a nursery, extra-curricular activities, and hosts a private Early Years provision and an afterschool club.
