My client offers an end-to-end service offering in the construction industry from Tendering, Design, and Installation of products. They are a high-growth organization with expansion resulting in the creation of this position.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly management accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
2. Ensure month-end deadlines are met, coordinating effectively with team members.
3. Manage and monitor project data to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
4. Administer monthly payroll processing in collaboration with HR to maintain accuracy and compliance.
5. Submission of monthly CIS Returns and quarterly VAT Returns in line with regulatory requirements.
6. Assist and support the implementation of new ERP software (COINS).
7. Provide assistance during annual audits and regulatory reporting activities.
8. Manage, coach, and support a team of three direct reports, overseeing their workload, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
The Successful Applicant
* ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified or Qualified by experience.
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a team effectively.
* Experienced in the use of Sage 200 / COINS software is essential.
* Strong organizational abilities with a history of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
