The Role: As a pivotal member of our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting Lava Group systems at customer sites. Your dedication to customer service will shine through as you provide top-notch on-site and remote technical support, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Your proactive mindset will drive you to implement contingency procedures, constantly striving to improve service quality. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our products by providing valuable feedback and ideas for improvement.
The Individual: We are seeking a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of interests and experiences. You should possess a blend of engineering and IT skills, ideally holding a BTEC/HNC in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in IT. With at least 1+ years of experience in a technical support/installation role, preferably within electronics or Fire & Security service industries, you should be adept at using PC-based support tools. Your logical, methodical thinking coupled with creative problem-solving abilities will set you apart, along with your proven ability to thrive in the face of challenges.
