Ensuring SLAs are met, client needs are exceeded, and complaints are resolved effectively. What We’re Looking For: Leadership experience – at least one year in a supervisory or management role. Strong people management skills – coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A motivational leader who can influence and support teams through change. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Customer-focused, proactive, and highly organised approach.
