Here at Paragon, we are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager with Point-of-Sale (POS) experience to join our growing Marketing Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of POS campaigns, and driving engagement across various marketing touchpoints. This role requires strong relationship management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their marketing and POS needs are met with excellence.
* Oversee the end-to-end execution of POS campaigns, including briefing, production, and deployment.
* Collaborate with internal teams (designers, production, and logistics) to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their marketing initiatives.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.
* Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in POS and marketing services to provide clients with forward-thinking solutions.
* Ensure all POS materials align with brand guidelines and meet client expectations.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in Account Management within a Marketing Services, Print, or POS environment. Direct Mail experience would be a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge of POS materials, print production processes, and retail marketing strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
* Experience working with creative and production teams to bring campaigns to life.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.
* Well organised, attention to detail and time management skills.
