Technical Customer Service Advisor – 12 month fixed term We are recruiting for an experienced Techinical Customer Service Advisor to join our rural, Leominster client within their technical team on a full-time, 12-month contract basis. The main purpose of this role is to provide advice to the external and internal customers of our large, well-established client. The successful candidate will be competent in customer services and administration ideally with prior experience within a technical role. What you can expect: Salary £28,047 – £30,075 per annum 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Hybrid working option on completion of a 6month probationary period 12 months fixed term Progression opportunities 39 hour working week, Monday to Friday (4pm finish on a Friday) A structured training plan What you will be doing: Responding to all requests relating to technical advice via phone, email, and online enquiries Utilising internal software systems to produce calculations to show compliance within current industry standards Ensuring best practice advice is given at all times, in line with industry and company guidelines Acting responsibly, and in the interests of the company, deferring queries via line managers, where uncertainty may exist Setting and adherence to customer service goals, taking into account the Team KPIs Learn about the company’s products and services to develop own technical knowledge and keep up-to-date with changes Contribute to the development of technical solutions by sharing information and reporting issues to the Technical Services Manager What we are looking for: Excellent customer service skills, Candidates with prior experience within a technical role, including construction or engineering are encouraged to apply Excellent administrative skills and good attention to detail Ability to set and adhere to high customer service standards Proficient in the use of MS Office applications Excellent time management skills, being highly efficient and well organised Recruitment Direct are working as an employment agency in relation to this role, you must be able to prove your legal right to work in the UK to appkly
