Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator
Location: Dungannon M1
About the Role:
Donnelly Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at our Dungannon showroom. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for our service customers, ensuring they receive outstanding support and clear communication throughout their service experience. You’ll work closely with Sales, Workshop, Parts, and Service teams to provide a seamless, high-quality service experience that builds lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main liaison between customers and the service department, managing vehicle service updates, repair timelines, and ensuring clear communication.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns, addressing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Promote available service offerings and special promotions to encourage customer engagement and loyalty to Donnelly Group.
* Conduct follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships, foster loyalty, and encourage repeat business.
* Collaborate with the Sales, Workshop, Parts, and Service departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Previous experience in a customer service or co-ordinator role, ideally within the automotive industry.
* A proactive, sales-oriented mindset focused on identifying customer needs and promoting relevant services.
* Ability to work well with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
* A full driving licence is essential for this role.

Desired Criteria
* Previous experience within the automotive industry
* A working knowledge of computerised systems such as Kerridge or another CRM
Required Criteria
* A full driving licence is required
* Previous experience in a Customer Service role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to build rapport with customers
