Job Description
1. Developing and implementing Account Plans for designated accounts to maximize profitability.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term account growth and client satisfaction.
3. Leading commercial negotiations to secure customer nominations, adhering to agreed commercial parameters.
4. Presenting business proposals to the steering committee, ensuring high standards and alignment with customer deadlines.
5. Identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the Sales and Business Development Directors to execute strategies.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1. Proven experience in account management, preferably within automotive or fast-paced manufacturing sectors.
2. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in contract negotiations and business development.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
