We have an opportunity available for a Learning Quality Assurance Lead to join our busy Severn Trent Academy, based in Coventry.
As the Learning Quality Assurance Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional training experiences. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our programs, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding our learners.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
* Quality Standards: Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure our programs and processes meet the highest standards of excellence.
* Detail and innovation: Keeping on top of future changes in the external landscape e.g. to frameworks, funding.
* Evaluation of Learning: Lead the evaluation of learning outcomes, using data-driven insights to continuously improve our curriculum and teaching methods.
* Apprenticeship Funding and Regulators: Ensure compliance with all apprenticeship funding requirements, apprenticeship education frameworks and regulatory standards, acting as the main point of contact for auditors and playing a lead role in regulatory inspections.
* Safeguarding: Champion the safeguarding of our learners as a safeguarding lead, creating a safe and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
* Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices across all areas of the Academy.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including external partners and suppliers, to align quality assurance initiatives with the Academy’s strategic goals. Facilitate open communication and collaboration to drive collective success.
* Accreditations: Oversee the management of our accreditations and ensure compliance with all associated requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accreditation standards and lead the Academy through successful accreditation processes.

* Experience: You have a strong background in quality assurance within an educational setting.
* Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
* Innovative: You bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
* Communicative: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values the input and expertise of others.
* Committed: A dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners.
