Job Description: Job Title: Go to Market Demand Manager, GLOBAL Location: U.K. - Remote eligible (On site meetings across UK from time to time including main location in Grantham) Reports to: Director, Sales Transformation & Strategy Position Overview: Working closely with the Director, Sales Transformation & Strategy, within the Sales excellence & Customer experience group, this newly created role, of Go to Market Demand Manager, is multi-faceted and has both strategic and execution responsibilities, that support multiple functions and critical processes in the organization. They will play a key role in building the Sales Demand generation management system Working alongside Global Sales team leaders, the role will further develop our Global Demand management processes and support execution driven growth. Furthermore, they will be accountable to lead collaboration across: Product management, Sales, Marketing, Finance & SIOP teams, to develop and optimize regional go to market strategies & tactics, driving growth, whilst improving customer experience and loyalty. The role will also have responsibility to lead implementation and support execution of Customer, Channel & Lane strategies; develop and track Sales performance management KPI’s; and strengthen our Business, Customer & Market insights. The role will also support AOP, Roadmapping & Strategy cycle tasks as required by the Genie Operating system (GOS). Main Tasks / Responsibilities: Develop Global Sales Demand & Forecasting process and demand generation Management system Supports Global Sales Leader’s demand and pipeline analytics and insights Leads consolidation of Business, Customer & Market insights indicators and KPI’s (5-year forecast process, Customer utilization, earnings tracking, Market analysis) Develops & maintains digital tools & Dashboards to improve information availability & decision making Leads annual Global Sales Analysis process and supports GTM Roadmapping event Customer & Channel strategy development & growth planning Owns regional Go-to-market campaign development and execution for Sales team Collaborates with PM & Marketing to develop Top 5 Tactics and targeted sales campaigns Sales lead for Lane (SPINE) strategy & execution Supports regional Sales teams with NPD process and Phase In/Out planning & execution Additional responsibilities: Sales processes, tools & training Dealer Demand Management & Go-to-market development Net Working Capital improvement & network design analysis Genie Operating system support Leadership support & close collaboration with SIOP Why Join Us We are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values — Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
