Please note due to the phone line opening times, the following shift patterns will apply and alternate each week between; 7.30am -4pm and 8.30am -5pm with 1hr for lunch totalling a 37.5 hr working week. Access to an employee assistance programme to support your health and wellbeing The Business Support Administrator role: You will value first class customer service and enjoy facilitating strong working relationships within your immediate and wider teams, internally and externally to ensure the continued success of Ian Williams. Core tasks will include: Conducting a range of scheduled and reactive administrative tasks including answering high volume calls from customers, operatives and managers, data input, timesheet, and wages processing in preparation for payroll runs, invoicing, letter writing and high volume, multiple mailbox management. You will also be responsible for supporting the procurement and ordering of site materials, processing purchase order numbers, taking queries from the operatives, contracts managers and the client/customer, whilst seeing your tasks through to completion/resolution. What will I bring to the Business Support Administrator role?
