As Assistant Headteacher for Behaviour & Attitudes, you will:
* Lead on pastoral provision, behaviour and attitude across the school
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with staff, students, and parents to enhance attendance, punctuality, and student engagement
* Champion a culture of respect, high expectations, and student leadership
* Provide expert guidance and professional development to staff on behaviour management and pastoral care
As Assistant Headteacher for Personal Development & Wellbeing, you will:
* Lead and develop a whole-school strategy for personal development, ensuring students benefit from a rich, inclusive, and meaningful curriculum.
* Oversee and enhance our extra-curricular and enrichment opportunities, ensuring every student can develop their talents and interests.
* Promote student voice and leadership, ensuring the Student Council plays an active role in school improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to support wellbeing, mental health, and safeguarding across the school community.
* Lead the careers and work experience provision, ensuring students are well-prepared for their next steps.
* Inspire and support staff, ensuring high standards of pastoral care, personal development education, and behaviour.
