We are thrilled to announce a newly created opportunity for a Regional Planning Manager - SiOP within our expanding Pumps Parts Retrofits (PPR) division. As part of a newly established department, this is an exciting time to join us and shape the future of demand and supply planning processes from the ground up. Your contributions will directly impact business success, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction as we continue to expand and refine our global operations.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in developing and managing demand and supply planning frameworks over both tactical (1.5 years) and strategic (2-3 years) horizons. By working closely with demand owners and cross-functional teams in Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR, you will be instrumental in setting the foundation for PPR operational plans that align with future needs of the customers.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Implement demand and supply planning policies and standards across global operations.
* Lead demand planning and reviews, ensuring seamless alignment across the SiOP process.
* Monitor, report, and drive improvements in demand execution.
* Align supply plans with demand, financial and operational strategies to support business goals.
* Contribute to supply planning activities, leading supply planning projects.
* Support and engage in the growth and development of SiOP processes and wider initiatives.
* Serve as a thought leader and key contributor to the evolving SiOP strategy.
What we’re looking for:
* A recognised qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* Extensive experience in demand planning or forecasting.
* Experience within complex engineering or manufacturing environments, particularly in low-volume, high-value sectors, is preferred.
* In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and management.
* Proficiency in systems such as Salesforce, SAP, QlikSense, and Tagetik.
* Experience using MS Visio or similar tools for workflow generation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous business improvement.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe, Middle East, Africa and America.
* A solid understanding of business and financial acumen, including statistical analysis.
