Job Title: Registered Manager (Children's Home)
Salary: up to £38K pa depending on experience

About the Role: We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage our young people and Adults Supported Accommodation that expertly responds to the needs of young people and adults ages 16-18 years old in our care, keeping them safe from harm while preparing them for a fulfilling life ahead. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact on-site as the Registered Manager, lead and manage a team of support workers and a wider team, liaise with Ofsted and CQC regulatory bodies, manage budgets and rosters effectively, report directly to the directors, and manage training and development of staff.
Responsibilities:
1. To keep abreast of developments in social services practice.
2. To be individually accountable for standards of professional practice.
3. Familiar with Ofsted and CQC regulations and protocol.
4. Holder of NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care.
5. At least three years' experience of working (paid) with young people and adults with challenging behaviours.
6. Experience leading and managing a team.
Benefits Package:
1. Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week, willing and ready to take on-call duties.
