We are seeking a dedicated Officer to join our Schools HR team on a secondment basis, initially for six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy team that plays a vital role supporting our schools. About the Role As an HR Officer, you will provide HR support to schools across Bexley and outside boroughs. Your key responsibilities will include: Inputting new starters/variations/terminations onto the HR/Payroll system Preparing and issuing employment contracts Supporting recruitment processes Assisting HR Officers with managing payroll deadlines Ensuring compliance with employment legislation Please refer to the Job Description attached for more information.
