A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a growing business based in the Bolton area. This is a brand new role and a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to really put their own stamp on the role.
In this true generalist role you will drive the people strategy, with a focus on the following areas:
Supporting Managers with talent attraction, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Building relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Coaching and upskilling Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process, ensuring consistency across the business
Reviewing and updating HR policies in line with legislative changes
Championing employee engagement, well-being, and employee development programs
Working with Managers to ensure culture and values underpin all business activities
Supporting Managers with the creation of a training and development plan
The ideal background for this role is someone that has had some HR experience working in a growing SME; if this is in a regulated industry that would be desirable but not essential. Taking pride in doing a good job and showing passion for what you do are both key for this role, along with having a creative and pro-active approach to your role.
