About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager at Thrive, you’ll work with our exceptional Professional Services Team to lead and deliver new customer implementation projects, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders, you will manage projects of varying sizes and complexities, aligning deliverables of our all-in-one, AI-powered LMS platform with customer success objectives and customers’ business goals.
Our products and services are used by some of the most recognisable brands, including Volvo, Vodafone, Frasers Group, Burger King and ASOS. A critical part of your role will be fostering customer advocacy by delivering high customer satisfaction throughout the implementation journey and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
1. Drive project planning, from defining scope and objectives to execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with customer and business goals.
2. Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
3. Oversee effective communication and coordination among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
4. Gain a deep understanding of Thrive’s product suite to ensure technical deliverables meet platform requirements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish technical specifications, architecture, and design frameworks.
Customer Advocacy & Satisfaction:
1. Build strong relationships with customers during implementation to foster trust and long-term advocacy.
2. Ensure a smooth onboarding process by addressing customer needs, anticipating challenges, and resolving issues promptly.
3. Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve project delivery and outcomes.
4. Consistently deliver high customer satisfaction by aligning project results with client expectations and success metrics.
Risk Management:
1. Identify potential risks early and establish contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
2. Monitor, manage, and resolve project risks and issues to avoid delays or disruptions.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
1. Provide clear leadership and direction, fostering a collaborative and motivated project environment.
2. Facilitate effective communication across team members, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
2. Incorporate stakeholder feedback into project planning and execution to enhance outcomes.
Reporting and Documentation:
1. Deliver regular project updates, status reports, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
2. Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, meeting notes, and artifacts.
Change Management:
1. Manage the lifecycle of change requests, including assessment, authorisation, planning, and implementation.
2. Identify and mitigate risks to availability, performance, security, and compliance stemming from changes.
What you bring:
1. Experience: 5+ years of proven success as a Senior Project Manager, specifically in LMS implementation projects.
2. Customer Focus: Track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and advocacy through effective project management.
3. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, user provisioning, and related technical areas.
4. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, and manage resources for complex projects. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent formal project management certification is preferred.
5. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
6. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to anticipate and resolve project risks and challenges.
7. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
8. Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors is a plus.
