Design Office Assistant
Full Time – 41.5 Hour Basic Week
Salary – Competitive and Negotiable (dependent upon experience)

We are currently looking for a Design Office Assistant to join our in-house design team. The position is ideally suited to a well organised and proactive individual who is looking to learn and develop new skills in a design led envirdonment. The role is largely administrative and often fast paced, requiring the successful candidate to provide supporting to our in-house Design project delivery teams collating specifications, managing samples and project documentation along with assisting the Department Manager with daily and weekly administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities are but not limited to:
* Assist and support the Design Dept Manager.
* Assist and support our in-house Design Teams in the set-up and day to day running of their projects.
* Maintain and organise the project sampling and technical submittal process.
* Coordinating project information between internal teams and external customers
* QA check internally produced drawings and documents prior to issue.
