We are looking for a Senior Compliance Assistant. The role is flexible to a degree with the office location; however, this would be dependent on the experience level of the candidate.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate would have some experience of working in a Compliance role, together with an understanding of Property Compliance administration and regulatory requirements.
The Role
The role would consist of the following:
1. Supporting the Residential Property department with Compliance administration;
2. Legal administration;
3. Conducting new starter Compliance Inductions, together with supporting and training firm-wide;
4. Working alongside our AML and Counter Terrorist Financing Policy & Practice Wide Risk Assessment;
5. Communicating with employees and third parties in responding to general Compliance queries;
6. Consulting with the Compliance Officer / MLRO / DMLRO.
