If you are currently in a Director, Associate Director, or Senior Management position within Building Services and possess strong skills in office management, people management, and project delivery, this role is for you!
About the Company
Operating on all sides of building services design, this M&E and Sustainability consultancy is in its infancy and now seeks a Building Services Design Director to join their Oxford office. The ideal candidate will be a good people person, manage an office, and excel in project delivery. A Mechanical background is preferred, but strong electrical bias candidates are also considered.
Based 20 minutes outside of Oxford in the beautiful countryside town of Witney, this new consultancy offers a range of complex projects and the opportunity to contribute to the business's growth. With the Oxford office currently comprising around 25 members, you will oversee the office, delegate work, and manage project delivery alongside other directors. While there may be an element of business development, this role is mainly focused on people and delivery.
The business currently operates offices in Oxford and London, with expansion plans underway. If you want to be part of a dynamic, independently owned business with potential share options in time, this is the right environment for you.
